A Hidden Gem: Seyhan Kebab
Do you like kebab’s? Do you know what a kebab is? There are many different names for this wonderful, delectable sandwich of sorts. The Greeks call them gyros, in the Middle East they call them shawarma’s.
What is it?
What’s the difference? There’s not a lot of difference in the overall style of the sandwhiches, but sauces vary. They are made of meat cooked on a vertical rotisserie, (typically beef, chicken, or lamb), and vegetables served on pita bread or in a wrap.
Where is it?
Ready, get set, eat! Seyhan Kebab is located in the old shopping street near Tsutenkaku Tower in Shinseikai.
